He has over 20 years of Senior Corporate Management Experience mainly in Finance & Automotive Sector He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Accounting and Information Systems from USP; a Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking from USP; a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from USP and a Master of Commerce Degree in Accounting from USP. He is a Chartered Accountant Member of Fiji Institute of Chartered Accountants, a fellow member of CPA Australia and a fellow of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).

He has previously served on a number Government and Non-Government Committees which includes Government's Ministry of Multi Ethnic Affairs Scholarship committee, Director on Fiji Hardwood Corporation Limited Board, Council member on Fiji National University Council also being Deputy Chair and Chair of Finance Committee on FNU Council, Director, and Chairman of Sugar Cane Growers Fund, Director of South Pacific Fertilizer Limited and Director on Agricultural Marketing Authority Board.

He has previously been the President of CPA Australia Fiji Branch and has also previously been the President of Fiji Institute of Accountants. He has also previously been the President of the Fiji Club.
